What is AP EAPCET?
AP EAPCET is a common entrance test for Engineering and Pharmacy students. This test is the state-level entrance exam conducted by the APSHCE for admissions into undergraduate courses in Andhra Pradesh. Previously, the name was EAMCET, and after the name was officially changed to EAPCET in 2021.

Note:-For the BIPC Stream, the Counselling should start from July 11, 2025, with free registration ending on July 30. Late Registrations(With Fees) were accepted until August 6.
Counselling Process Step By Step:
Step 1:-Online Registration & Fees Payment
- Visit the Official EAMCET Website (sche.gov.ap.in)
- For registration, use your hall ticket number and date of Birth certificate
- For the Processing fees online: ₹1200 for OC/BC, ₹600 for SC/ST
Step 2:- Required Documents
- AP Eapcet 2025 Rank Card & Hall ticket
- Aadharcard
- 10th & 12th Mark Sheets
- Transfer Cerficates(TC)
- Income Certificate(Fees Reimbursement)
- EWS Certificate(OC Students)
- Caste Certificate
- Residence Certificate
Step 3:- Document Verification
- For Document Verification, upload the required Documents or visit the nearest Help Line centers.
- After Uploading the Documents, Authorized Persons Verify Your Documents for your Eligibility
- After Verification, Verified Candidates move on to the Option entry
Step 4:- Web Options Entry
- Carefully fill in the colleges and Branches based on your rank
- Must fill in the web options entry before the deadline
Step 5:- Seat Allotment
- After choosing the web options they will allot you the seat allotment
- They will allot you based on your Rank, Category, and Reservations
- Seat Allotment Results were released on August 14 after 6 pm
Step 6:- Self-Reporting and College Reporting
- In this self-reporting phase, you must submit the Original documents along with xerox copies
- Report with all required documents to conform your admission
Step 7:- Classes Begin
- Regular Classes will start from August 18, 2025
Who Can Apply?

- In this AP EAMCET 2025, to be eligible, the candidates must qualify in the exam with the required marks.
- Engineering courses like B.Tech require students who have the MPC course, which have maths, Physics, Chemistry, while agriculture students Physics, Chemistry and biology are required.
- The point is that the minimum marks for the qualifying exam for the general category is 45% and the result categories are 40%.
- So, in terms of age criteria can be must at least 16 years old for B.Tech and B Pharmacy, and 17 years old for B.sc. and the Agriculture program. The eligibility criteria for the EAPCET to apply to them

- Mistake #1: Not Reporting your Phase 1 Seat While hoping to Get Luck in Phase 2
It’s not worth the gamble. Report your Phase 1 seat first, then try for an upgrade in Phase 2. - Mistake #2: Not Reordering Web Options in Phase 2
Even if you locked your options in Phase 1, you absolutely have to reorder or reselect them in Phase 2, based on the Phase 2 strategy. - Mistake #3: Failing to Double-Check Cut-Off Trend
You may have a good rank, but if you don’t compare your rank to the cut-off trends and aim too high, you could end up with nada.
